After looking it over a few more times I think I've figured out a few more...
I'm pretty sure that 13 is from Secondhand Lions, 15 I thought at first might be the Devil's Advocate, but the bit about never hearing from him again, I think it comes from the Usual Suspects.
21 I'm almost positive comes from Sweet Home Alabama (Hey thank cable for playing that movie almost non stop)

Right again - on all three. 15 is the last line from the Usual Suspects.
