i saw ms. yasbek last weekend in the food court at the downtown plaza after i went ice skating last weekend. after i was done squinting at her in an attempt to figure out if she was, in the fact, the librarian from our youth, i thought to myself, " where the fuck is that crazy foo' riley and why ain't she mad muggin' ms. yasbek with me?"
any ideas, friend-i-have-not-seen-in-about-a-month? let's stop being sellouts and hang out sometime.

it's raining, i'm getting nostalgic and listening to a little too much mirah, microphones, and mountain goats. believe me, there's been a whole lot of coffee, knitting, and sighs.
let's have an art party. and then talk mad shit about people gettin' all up in our business.

p.s. i don't know if you caught that my yasbek sighting took place LAST WEEKEND. i only said it twice in one sentence.
p.p.s. we have to top our last secret date. i do believe cosmopolitans, brassy jazz, and cocktail dresses are in order.
p.p.p.s i got hit on by a member of the society of creative anacronism. he asked me if i made my own garb. i replied rather excitedly," why yes, kind sir, i do fashion my own garb." then he showed me his manuscript. you know, in that one way.

i was hella thinking about you yesterday, as i cleaned my closet and found ridiculous things from freshman year. oh man it was funny.
ms. yasbek was pretty cool, as librarians go.

because it's totally non-syntactical, full of spelling/grammar errors, and therefore hilariously ironic.
ps - i am not being mean, it's just very funny.
