The psalms are helpful to read when you're feeling afraid. I feel the same way. I'm so afraid of the future that I avoid it by sabataging good things in my life.

I think were all scared to take risks but sometimes u just got to get out there and take risks or otherwise your life will go know were. And sometimes in order for the lord to help us we need to help our selves first and then life might start going the direction u want it to.
