ok see the first thing i thought of, was to ask if the three items are connected. if the baby is in no danger from the flames or oil, the priority lessons. cuz dude sometimes its good to let a baby cry (furburizing). if thats the case and each are seperate unique problems that don't stack into each other then....
call for back up on the house i'd deal with the oil first, money out the window then the fire, also a money thing, and gives time for help to arrive then when the major things are under control, pacify the crying baby.
but thats just me. :)
if the things do correlate, then i'd look at how big the fire is. if small, put out the fire! no reason to run out of a house with a crying baby if you've just set a pan on the stove on fire!
really it's all in perspective. lol guess i failed at this, cuz my answer changes depending on the variables.
The point of all of this is it is a judgement call. you are responsible for the three items. All three could be major disasters or they could be easy to handle. You are also right in trying to look at how they may or may not interrelate. Each could be in a different state.... or right next to each other. The baby may be next to you, away from the burning house and oil spillage... or the house could be right next to the oil rig.
