Medical Info: Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey. Body degenerating; occasionally it flashes away to show the skeleton? I don't know either. This is making him crazy. Or, more crazy than usual? ETA: Muraki tops up his energy occasionally to keep him from dying, which also serves the purpose of keeping him from being slaveringly nuts.
Eyes: Hazel.
Hair: Naturally brown, dyed white-blond.
Physical traits: Is John Simm? Uh. Right now, The Master is a hobo. Stubble, black hoodie, a tendency to hunch, giggle and lick his lips a lot. On his saner days, he's more of the strutting, smirking type.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Whatever! Player will roll with it! Though if you make him angry he'll probably try and kill you.
Abilities: Anything the Doctor can do, the Master can do better? Or so he'd like to think. In addition to all the timey-wimey, scientific genius stuff, the Master can shoot energy out of his hands (which he uses to attack people or as a propellant for great leaps.) But that has the downside of sucking away his life-force so he won't do it much. He tops up his life-force by uh, eating people? He can reduce a human body to its bare skeleton in a pretty short amount of time.
Notes for the Psychics: Is mildly psychic himself and can shield. If you're in, you might catch a flicker of the drumbeat that torments him constantly: da-da-da-dum, da-da-da-dum. Has a lot going on in his brain otherwise, so ping me.
