They can have their little priveledged f y'all paradise while the rest of can carry on to extend civil liberties and democracy to everyone. Frankly, I surprised it took this long for SCOTUS to place corporate speech on the same first amendement pedastal as individual speech. I'm sure Scalia has been licking his chops for some time of this, just waiting for the appropriate case that Kennedy would join the majority on. I'm not sure what the path is after this. Do the people demand an amendment to delineate between corporate speech and individual speech? While corporations existed in the framers time, they in no way had the political clout and involvement that they do now. I love how originalists/strict-constructionalists like Scalia can decide that the framers clearly meant for corporations to have first amendement protection. Talk about judicial activism!
