This isn't very deep, but I loved the way he was suddenly telling the others the order for one of the corners during Arashi's SP on TFP2. It was adorable. And then how he handed out the darts but kept one for himself? lol, what a leader. :)

I can't really think of much else? They're not usually in situations (like Boat Club) where they have to decidedly protect or fret over each other. And usually the others are taking care of Ohno, which may be a different way of him leading, hahah.
