hmm. i cant say, really, because i have a permanent account as of a few years ago. but you can comment easily with a free account - you just have a LOT fewer icons. Which would send me into fits of weeping - i LOVE my icons. *pets them happily*

I'm on a free account and I'm surprisingly fine with it. Since I have a default icon that I like, it doesn't bother me too much, and I ad-block all the ads.
