1. Pick a character, pairing, or fandom you like.
2. Put iTunes or equivelent media player on random.
3. For each song that plays, write something related to the theme you picked inspired by the song. You have only the time frame of the song: no planning beforehand: you start when it starts, and no lingering afterward; once the song is over, you stop writing. (No fair skipping songs either; you have to take what comes by chance!)
4. Do 10 of these, then post
...I think I cheated. I listened to each song first, and then replayed and drabbled the length of the song.

The No Seatbelt Song, Brand New
It's breaking, breaking.
They're breaking. Shattered and bruised with swollen eyes and gasping breath. Eyes downcast and doors slammed shut.
It's never been this bad. Never.
Arashi wasn't supposed to end.
They were whole, once upon a time. Like a modern day fairy tale.
But this time, there's no going back. There's no more smiles or laughter or snark. There's only five men. Walking away.
Four men, walking away, and Nino left standing in the shambles.
He miscalculated, only those years ago when Arashi became Arashi. He always thought he'd be the first to walk away.
Days later, hung over and unshowered, he stumbled in front of Ohno's door.
It swung open and there were words trapped on his tongue, "... It's only you."

Ever Fallen In Love, Thea Gilmore
Aiba was still. Quiet.
Un-Aiba like.
And no one noticed. Not the managers or the fans or costars or his bandmates.
It should have hurt, that no one thought to ask, but Aiba knew they were all busy. Worked to death and dried up.
So was he.
He should have said something. Done something. Brightened the room and brought them all back into the moment where they could just be them.
... okay, so I only got as far as two... but it's something, righ?
