I work in a pair as a medical assistant. Old MA moved away. They promoted our receptionist (who up until now I've had a very good relationship with) to the position.

My other advice is just tell her, I mean wtf? at the end of the day she ain't the one signing your paychecks so who cares if she gets mad. I notice most people get mad and defensive, when they know they're the ones that are doing it wrong and they feel bad about doing it wrong so they try to cover it with defensiveness. So I guess whenever you wanna show her something, just tell her, heh, stop me if you know this already but I just wanna make sure that you know blah, blah, blah, blah, whatevs. She might be defensive just because she feels insecure cause she doesn't know or she can just be a giant bitch.

Totally not helpful, but just try to give her the benefit of the doubt. But if she's still a giant biatch, fuck her!
