Three days off (in a row and on a weekend, no less!) is going to be heavenly. Grey and I are taking a trip to the Jersey Shore. Sort of a semi-reconsiliation, if you will. We had a five-hour phone conversation the other night. It's been a fairly emotional past couple of days, to say the least. Small steps, right

As for the shovel-guy...ouch. After being an ER intern (yeah, way back in the day), I've been stuck with my fair share of such patients. But their stories never cease to amaze me.

I'm glad your patient is getting better; I kept forgetting to mention that once he's stronger if you want to try any alternative therapies to reduce the degree of spontaneous bleeding or joint problems just give me a call.

P.S. Thanks so much for the assist in the clinic yesterday; I've had no luck finding my shoe but the cut is healing nicely. I've got your scrubs washed and the shoes sitting in my office, I'm not sure who to return them to.
