My Mam has gone away for two weeks now to somewhere in Spain, dunno where I hate theplace, but shes gone.... Its wonderful to have the house to myself. I had a great night at work last night. I learned how to do some more of the sweets, which is sort of my pet project at the moment, to learn to do the sweets. It wasnt busy at all, it was quite pleasent really, and David was kind enough to put off cleaning the lager lines untill that night so he could teach me how to do them.
