August came and went. I worked out with Sean a couple of times at the weight lifting gym. After the first time, I could hardly walk for 3 days! I did squats, dead lifts, and bench presses. The second time I did squats and overhead presses... and miraculously wasn't sore at all even though I had increased the weight on the squats. It was pretty neat
