Jogging continues

I've been continuing to jog 3 times a week.  I've increased the playlist a couple minutes, too - miniscule compared to the jog, but the point is that it's on the generous side of 30 minutes and doesn't matter.  When I jog home, I end up discovering that the longer route past the park and down the bicycle path to Willow is still too short, so my ( Read more... )

That is awesome, that you've kept up the exercise routine and are incrementally making it harder. And it's nice to see results, in terms of weight and capabilities both.
