I think I am going to start going to bed at 8. That way, I can wake up at 4 in the morning. Its nice to be up at 4 in the morning. Marvelous in fact ( Read more... )

Hey, its great. the only downside is being hungry at 12 noon, when its been 8 hours since you last ate.
