:( Yeah...it is lonely...I can't refute you there. Well, it's Sunday, you have your Bible study, right? Or did they cancel the Bible study too?
Anyway, I know this sounds lame, but Happy Birthday. Well...at least we have Heaven to look forward to, right? That's about all I can think of that's happy. Sorry I'm a bummer right now. I hope things get better for you, I really do.
Actually, We won't have our Bible Study till next month. My Pastor's eyes are healing from surgery. He had his cataracts removed from one eye, last week and from the other, this week.
I did go out and had breakfast at The Home Town Buffet and went window shopping. The only thing I bought was batteries for my wireless optical mouse and my MP3 player. Have to admit that I'm a little bit better. Was listening to my worship and praise tunes when I went out a bit. They always seem to lift me up and center me on Christ. As it says; "The Lord lives in the Praises of His People."
Happy Birthday Jeff! When I feel kinda old I remember something a young friend of mine who's into motocross told me which is he's seen guys in their late 60's still going out to the dunes and having fun with their bikes. Point being it's important to keep a youthful attitude (which I know can be difficult at times). *hugs* You should get a dog too! That really helps with the loneliness (I speak from experience).
know what you mean. 45 and all alone save for my cat. Come live in Portland Oregon and we can at least do the lonelys together... ow, wait. that cancels them out.
Yes, we got snow in december. we had not gotten snow in december for 40 years. and anytime we do, it makes the news, and generally only bestows an inch or two on us at the most. so yeah, come here, you will seldom see the white stuff...
