WHATEVER!

Nov 02, 2009 17:58

Again was on "Perfect World", yesterday morning and someone named "Digigirl" asked if I can put her on my "Friends List". So I did. I tried to converse with her i.e. chat ... but I could not get the darn thing to work! I don't even know where she went. I think that the programmers need to redevelop the chat window functionality a lot more! >=/

hey hey what server are you on?

I've been having problems with the friends list and chat functions. I couldn't see a friend who I knew was on and he couldn't see me. I went to help him with his FB after Warren squaded him and me, but he still couldn't see my chat even in squad chat. He swears he didn't blacklist me by accident, though I really can't be sure because he's a dork that way sometimes, but I couldn't see another friend on line who I knew was on and he is not a dork like that, so I don't know what's up. Hooray for new content? lols ;P

Yea, I went and installed the game since I will be at the same place for the rest of my life. =)
Check out the last journal entry I made before this one. My character's name is Rorak. I, somehow, managed to get way down south of the land. I used the town portal to get back to Ardenian Gate (misspelled ... I just can't recall the name) and ended up in a town way south .... Dreamweaver Stronghold, I think. Some of those functions act really really weird! Even if you walk to one of the towns and go to the Transportation Sevice, the map shows there's still no way to get back to the town you came from. =/
I'm trying to buff up my character so that he can challenge the creatures on my way back. Right now I'm at level 15 going up to 16 soon.

Coolness! Do you know what server you are on? It should tell you when you load up the game launcher which server you are logging onto. Before you hit "Start" it will show the five servers flashing if they are all on line. Once you hit "start" and you go to the main loading page it will tell you which server you are logging onto, listed right above where you type in your user name and password.

Sorry I didn't see your last post. I've missed out on a lot these last couple of months.

"Harshlands"
I noticed that you have to create a new character on each server. It's lowsy that you can't port your character from server to server, just in case your normal server goes down on you. =(

Did you mean to sign up on a PvP server? At lvl 30 you go into PK mode and you're going to have high lvls killing you all the time. -.-

Actually, I am on two servers. I have an archer, a cleric, and a venomancer on Lost City, which is a PvP server, but I hardly play over there. Then, I have my main char on Sanctuary, a PvE server, where you _can_ enter PK mode at lvl 30 if you want to, but I haven't yet. I don't want to be killed. :P

No, I really don't Death Match. I'm more like to adventure and go on quests. Sometimes it kind of bothers me when I am trying to up my stats and increase my level, someone comes by and blows away the creature I'm trying to obtain experience points at. It kind of spoils the fun. =/
