Thanksgiving Day was pretty cool. Had my Mother, older Sister, Nephew and Niece (as well as my niece's springer spaniel Cuty) over for dinner, Thursday. Check and make sure which server you sent the zen to. I assume you sent it to the Sanctuary server. Then, open the boutique, and it should say you have 20 gold in your account. If it doesn't, try logging out and logging back in again. That tends to solve a lot of problems. :3

If it still doesn't work, then you'll have to submit a ticket.

And on the PvE server you have the option of going into PK mode at lvl 30. You don't have to, though. I don't do PvP, but Warren went into PK mode. he seems to enjoy it, even though he doesn't PK anybody, just spends his time running away from people. lol

Strange that you couldn't make Rorak on Sanctuary server. That means someone else already has a character by that name on there.

Oh, the pop-up message box stated that I already had a character of that name. Eventhough it's not on the same server. Go figure! =/
