It's nice to see that some security companies are using Internet to hook up their customers' alarm systems instead of telephone.

One of my top pet peeves as I supported VoIP telephone for a major telecom company is the large number of customers who got blasted out of their beds in the middle of the night because they hooked their home alarm systems up to their VoIP telephones. And then the Internet connection that the phones rely on would go down.

What I could never do is answer the question of what would happen if their home was attacked while the Internet connection was down. Of course, connecting directly to Internet is only the removal of a middleman, and the customer is still screwed when the connection goes down. I realize that.

hmm... How interesting. I had never heard of having a security system set up using an internet connection.

Dogs are great companions, but not exactly good security systems. We generally teach our dogs to be friendly towards others and then they are much more likely to like any robbers face off rather than bite them. lol But they can make a lot of noise which could startle any potential burglars and make them think twice about going for that house. Most criminals are looking for the easy mark, the quick grab, etc.

So, have you gotten a mount in Perfect world yet? I have a spare polar bear mount that is single spurred that I could give you. :3

Not yet. I have one of those flying sting-rays from the recluse near Broken Bridge Village. Kind of slow, but I get around well with it. =)

One of the things that kind of bothers me with the Bosses is that they seem to be more powerful than their level states. Such as those Dark -something- Wolves. Just one alone can do you in, even if your character is at level 30 and the Wolves are only at level 18. =/
One more thing that bugs me is that some of the quests require you to get a squad. I'm more into single player gaming. The only time I had played along with someone was with the 8-bit Nintendo's version of Gauntlet II. Usually with family members and we usually hit each other till our characters dies! XD

I would still want to get a dog. They still are good with security because they can be very protective with their "territory", so to speak. And usually a thief or vandal would avoid any place with a dog because of the noise.
