You should be getting an email in Perfect World from Purra_Pearl. Inside is a single spurred polar bear mount and 100k coins. Make sure you click on the "item" button and it should then go into your inventory. To hatch your mount go to the Pet Skill Trainer and select "hatch egg" then buy 11 sesame oil and a stack (like 100) of water. Use the oil to get the mount's loyalty up to 100. After that you can just give it a water now and then. Usually you have to feed it every 5 minutes to keep it full. Once hatched your mount will appear in your pet bag. If you need any more help let me know. I do hope I sent it to the right person. If not, x_Rorak on Sanctuary server is going to get a nice surprise! lol
