It's finally sank in that I have a ton of books I need to either read or finish. The number must be well over forty books, and that's insane. Wednesday I was talking with an older lady (one of the nicest and most busiest people I've ever known) and she told me she reads one hour each day. I liked the sound of that and thought: 'why can't I do that ( Read more... )

Don't worry, you're not the only one who keeps amassing unread books... I have a lot of them too, and when I say a lot, I mean A LOT. I haven't counted them (and I don't want to! XD).

Reading one hour each day sounds cool, I wish I could do that! But I'm already studying French and exercising - almost- everyday, so I don't want to push myself too far, ahah. Good luck with your reading plans!

If I keep on I'm afraid I'll run out of shelf room and I'll be stacking them up on the floor.

Unfortunately, my resolve lasted one day. It's always in the back of my mind: read one hour a day--ain't so hard. But the darn internet and real life problems keep getting in the way. Maybe when things calm down I'll be able to complete my goal.

I wish I could get back into watching Anime and playing games. I was never into watching Japanese or Korean dramas. I've seen and own Hana Yori Danjo Returns and Hanazakari no Kimitachi e, but I prefer movies over television series.

I like to read all genres, but my favorite is Fantasy and Action/Adventure. I also really enjoy detective series and science fiction. Although, when it comes to the latter I'm very picky about the type. For example, I adore the Foreigner series by C.J. Cherryh but I didn't really like Enders Game.
