By people's incompetence and self-centredness - including my own

today I talked to Tim and it was like suddenly I realised I don't need to follow that path of 'success' which I've been worrying so much over. I always knew it but it was only chatting to Tim that the pin dropped. Why am I so silly.

Spent yesterday studying, playing piano, doing a bit of housework before Mike picked me up to go to the Grounds. Then pretty much everything was closed there so we went to Choc Pot nearby. Today I said yes to fac leading. Then I cried twice while with Caitlin. The biggest part of it was knowing that she's leaving. Second part was the feeling that my career aspirations were torn away when I said that 'yes'. I also know that God loves and provides.
