I did a post for everything within winter season, but nothing past, partially because... I just didn't... watch a lot of things. In between thesis tears of doom, Anvengers burnout and overall lackluster lineup, the list I was left with was quite short, but because my memory is awful, I will collect things here for posterity regardless.

I still have not watched Frozen 2 although I wanted to...(but as it turns out weird fake indy cinema in WB is still showing it next week so perhaps I can convince myself to give it a try because now I am kind of curious)

I'm interested to see what you'll think of it! I went in with the lowest of stakes, not being that big of a Disney person, mostly just like oh yeah that one song is nice and that autumn looks lovely, but the story was... a choice.

I did like Quentin a lot, even though I knew he'd be the villain, but watching him handle both roles was a delight and I'm sad to see him go.
Yeah, he's like an opposite to a villain one loves to hate. More like "Darn, why do you make me hate you". I have it like this with Rumlow, too. Just a bit.

I also was relieved to see Fury's honor saved this way, so to speak. XD

Yeah, and also if not for putting people's lives at risk with his stunts and the killer drones (which again... lowkey highkey are also Tony's fault...), honestly, I could even have rooted for him a bit. He, like Vulture, could have become the type of somewhat sympathetic villain to show up again, but I guess they're going with "well, everyone using his technology can become Quentin/Mysterio". As fro Rumlow, how much you wanna bet they now in retrospect are mad they killed him off so quickly in Civil War instead of keeping him around for the Falcon&Winter Soldier series? I'd have loved to see a Falcon-Rumlow-Backfight, or Bucky to get some catharsis punching his smug mug

OMMMGGG!!! (How tf did I not even think of it???) (Also. I want. I WANT!!!) Actually I don't believe in deaths in MCU on a principle, just in case - especially with Pietro Maximoff it looked like a typical "Temporarily dead, hold a room for me" - so with Rumlow it felt the same, I lowkey expected him survive also that. What's one building on top of him more or less, anyway. But now it seems MCU might be doing things permanent after all, even if Marvel as a whole doesn't, so...

Yup, what he was deprived in general, with how his everything after CA:TWS was handled...

then it was australian best boy and I was very happy, considering I was prepared to see him again only in CM2 in like 4 years.

Not to ruin your day but xD He did survive Winter Soldier just fine, but he exploded himself in Civil War, it's what kicked off the whole "Oops, Scarlet Witch exploded crossbones in the Wakandan embassy" debacle xD
We'll get Zemo back for the show at least, so... small mercies?

That's actually my problem - I liked her a lot in Civil War and through Avengers 4, especially in her world-weary found family relationship with Steve, and I'm a) mad at her sacrifice death and b) her solo movie being all about how she had a family this whole time undercuts it a bit for me? idk. I am willing to be positively surprised (as I was of Captain Marvel) but overall I'm more excited for the Marvel movies that are way beyond the horizon (Shang Chi!!! Doctor Strange horror movie!!! Captain Marvel 2!!!)
