i'm all moved in and now reside in miami, florida.
i actually live in a suburb of miami called Kendall. it's near a ton of colleges so there's lots of people to meet and stuff like that.
super warm down here the first few days we've been here
high 80s on friday
90 on saturday
a little cooler today

both are in college and

the one restaurant opens April 21...we'll see. they've been pushing the date back ever since they hired me in February.
I have some other things lined up if that doesn't end up working out for me in the long run. plus, there's so much out here it's insane! i love it. so much room to move around in this industry. try new things.
it's rad.
and i'm happy. and that's a really good thing.
