i was a recreational user and now i'm a full blown addict. it was a release for awhile, just something i'd do nonchalant on the side to brighten my day or chase away the stress. i didnt know it would get so out of hand or be so expensive

I'm terrible, too. But I've instituted the 24-hour rule. If I see something I really want, I bookmark it, and I wait 24 hours. If I still want it, I get it.

It at least cuts down on impulse buying.

i should give that a try.. at least it will give me an extra 24 hours for my checks to clear since i know i'll buy it anyway ;-)

I see. And they're all getting that tongue ball? If that's true, your only shopping problem is lack of taste.
