NJ does make the best pizza period, but I'd be weary of posers pretending to be authentic NJ pizza. Is it North Jersey pizza, or Trenton-style tomatoe pies? But the free refills...well, in the North East, free refills (not counting fastfood) at restraunts is probably about 50/50 and we always have to remember, which places does do free refills and which don't.

Sorry to hear that! I didn't get charged for refills; if I did, I definitely would have mentioned that. It would have been a "dine-in dealbreaker" for me too, especially with slow service.
