You should definitely start a blog about your research! Would you be concerned that anyone would copy you and steal any success you encounter? Also, awesome on your lab experiment. That sounds REALLY interesting. I've taken two biology courses since highschool (bird course biology, haha) and one focused primarily on Cancer. It was super interesting at the time but I seriously forgot most everything I learned... haha. I've got respect for scientists.

Thanks!! I'm not worried about people stealing my research ideas - I don't think I'd post them up in enough detail to do so. At least, I hope not!! I just want to try and get conversation started (for both graduate students, and anyone else!)

I'm jealous about your course on cancer! There was one at Guelph too, but I didn't have the prereq's to get into it - and it was always filled up by premed jerks anyways! Haha... I do wish I had a course that went over things thoroughly though. My dad says the book that I mentioned, is actually REALLY helpful that way! So I'll keep reading it.
