1. So, Chuck. I see your tumblr filled with pretty, pretty picspams and of scenes that look really fascinating. Any particular reasons you like it so much (aka SELL IT TO ME I haven't seen it)?
Chuck is a good mix of comedy, spy action, drama packed all in one show. What really attracted me to the show the most is the humor, it's such a funny show, but underneath all that fun is a good family drama. Chuck really values its relationships, especially its relationships within families, and surprisingly, that's really one of the core stories of the show, especially in later seasons, we find out more about the characters families and just how it shaped them to who they are today and how it affects their future.
There's also good backstory on some characters... not everything is as it seems, and it's cool to find out just how one character is really connected to X character.
All in all? It's just a fun show to watch. Funny, romantic, suspenseful. It's great. And the actors are soem of the most underappreciated actors on television. I can't even begin to say how good they are and how they also affect me during their emotional scenes.
And it's a pretty show.
2. On a similar note, what's your reaction to people who say Glee is overrated?
Depending on their reasoning, there are some aspects of their comment in which I will probably agree with. I think Glee is a good show, and it started out really well, but the back 9 disappointed me big time. I think it's good at comedy, but, take for example the Emmy nominations, it was nominated for Outstanding Comedy TV Series... and Glee is a funny show, but I don't think it was deserving of that Emmy nomination over other shows like Community, TBBT... even Chuck for comedy. It's funny, but not that funny.
Basically, as long as they can tell me why they think it's overrated, I won't mind that accusation unless it's a dumb reason.
3. Where do you frequently shop for makeup? What brands, I should say, I think. (psst I'm trying to learn how to put on makeup and idk where to get anything ;_;)
I went to Sephora the first time I bought make up XD (dragged by my friends), so I was kinda influenced to have an expensive taste in makeup. Most of the time, I go to MAC or dept. stores' cosmetics area for make up.
As for learning how to put on make up, I honestly suggest going to a dept store/Sephora or MAC cosmetics store (especially MAC). If you talk to their makeup consultants and let them know it's your first time and want to learn more about make up, they're very helpful. They can help you try on colors, and put the makeup on for you, and if you ask them, they can definitely teach you how to apply them on your face.
You can also learn makeup appliation tips on YT! :) People put up makeup tutorial videos on there.
4. How did you celebrate your graduation?! :D
I did nothing really. XD My parents just treated me to this nice japanese restaurant downtown. XD It's pretty low key.
5. Which social networking site do you find yourself using the most? I think I'm addicted to tumblr now
Twitter. It's just so easy to tyep 140 characters. LOL
