I was at work as I saw the tsunami unfold via the internet. It must have been an hour after Japan was struck. The sheer size and destruction caused is unbelievable. I have been involved in natural disaster operations before and the main challenge is usual the recovery period. With anxieties of possible nuclear meltdown, Japan is facing a tough task
