Sooo....I know it's been an uberwhile since I posted, but here's the skinny: I live with The Boy and am desperately in lurvvvvve with him. Today our landlord upped the rent $100, which is manageable but ridiculous for the location and the property. how much space do you want/need and in what area(s) are you looking.

Doesn't matter where and doesn't have to be very large, just enough for two people to be comfy. Got prequalified for around $85,000, so if he knows of anything in this range that would be stellar.

How much are the ones in your hood? Matt went to pre qualify for a loan today but the lady was busy, by appt only so hopefully sometime next week we can find out what (if anything) we can afford. Thanks I'll let you know what becomes of the first step.
