I'm being harassed at work, verbally, physically, and I can tell this person has pent up sexual agression towards me by the way that they pick on me. What a fucker! My last boss was really creepy too and I know how miserable it can be to feel like you will run into that problem everywhere. Good luck with the meeting though.

I think I might know what you mean. Of course not to the extent of your situation, but there is a reoccuring customer who, even if the other register is open, always comes mine. He is constantly commenting on my hair, the way my shirt looks on me and how it "flatters my figure"...it's creepy. If this guy keep being creepy to you, then yes - definitely call him out for harassment.

You should really speak out in the meeting and out the guy, maybe there are more girls who are affected. This is nothing that any woman should tolerate. Such an a***

Bring it up at the meeting, in front of everyone. That way if they fire you your case would be fairly ironclad that you reported it and were terminated as a result of such. If you decide to report it, that is.

In reality, yes, it would probably not help your position much.

It might be one of those or some people can't handle having "power". They let it go to their head and think they can treat people however they want.
