Oooh. I'm so happy to know that you've watched LOM as well. And I agree. The American version will NEVER live up to the brilliance that is the original.

I'm a terrible, terrible person for not replying to your DW discussion yet :(

But hey, I'm psyched to see your post -- does this mean you've finished watching LoM already? :D

Yes, I've watched LOM - MANY, MANY times in fact. Once we finish our DW discussion, then we can move onto there? Is that ok? Have you seen the American version of LOM? I want to read your thoughts on that.

Whoa, you've actually watched it many times?! Amazing :) No problem, I'm wondering how you found LoM as well! Though I haven't really thought about it in some time; after the LoM ficathon ended I went through a period of withdrawal.

I haven't seen the American version! Is it any good? I'm a bit too afraid to check it out.

Oh, oh -- have you watched Ashes to Ashes? No John Simm in that one, though.

The American LOM is mediocre at best. They copy a LOT of the original but they just can't copy what made it so special.
I haven't watched Ashes to Ashes. Is is any good. I love Gene Hunt, of course, but without Sam.....
So where do you want to start the discussion on Doctor Who? I'm up for anything from Season 4.
