Why isn't there ever a "hurricane Tyrone" or "hurricane Shaniqua"  they are always overly 'white' names like Fay, that name is the 'whitest' name ever.  Has there ever been a 'black' tropical storm?

Does "Ike" count? Whenever I hear Ike, I think about Tina Turner's husband.
