At least not for another 4 weeks! Talk about feeling relieved! My dr. also said that I was only 3 pts(?) away from being in the normal range for my glucose tolerance test which is very different from what the nurse said to me when she called. If you're only 3 points above the normal range, why the heck are they putting you through the 3 hour test? For heaven's sake...I'd ask your doctor if it's really necessary to do the 3 hours test. My office considers 130 the cutoff, and my first one was 160 (since I had eaten that morning), so I can understand why they recommended the 3 hour test for me. But for 3 points? It seems a little TOO cautious!

Glad you don't need iron supplements, and glad the shortness of breath is just the baby!

I completely agree! Their cutoff is 140 and I was at 143. My dr. is definitely being very cautious and it might be because of my age.
