oh where oh where oh where?
where do people find the motivation to do a job that a blind monkey with no arms could do? for the last 3 weeks my job has consisted of placing peices of paper onto racks. that's IT. nothing else. at the sametime at my workplace there's guys that all they do all day is (with some sort of cleaning chemical) clean access (sp?) ink off of labels

when you're doing something that you hate and couldn't care less about and nothing seems to have a point i think that feeling of emptiness is inevitable. for me it was like walking through clouds; life had sort of a dream like quality in a bad, groggy, am i really alive way. i know how it feels to be so completly low you can't even function, so don't feel alone.
yeah, it's hard to say that you should do something you really love when you may need money to survive, but really, this is your life, you can't waste it. you shouldn't settle for a life you don't want. you should do something that makes you happy. so when you get a new job, don't settle for something lame. if it makes you unhappy don't stay, there's no point in that. search around and find something you like, don't do things just people people think you should.
i know we don't know each other that well, but seriously, if you want to talk about something or just rant...
