Low Town was probably one of the few places left on Gallifrey with any sort of personality, and that is probably why the Knight liked it so much. Most of the inhabitants were non-Time Lord Gallifreyans; although, there were some Time Lords that managed to get titles before becoming society rejects, like himself, here and there. Unlike a majority of the planet at midday, it was loud and bustling and, in the Knight's opinion, exactly the way a planet should be. Free, intelligent exchange of ideas and art. None of this be quiet and keep your head down nonsense.
Currently, he was wandering down the street near the boarding house where he'd lived ever since leaving Academy. Just enjoying the sight of the place. There were a few others like him, who clearly remembered the War and knew it was going to eventually happen again (planet had to sort itself out after all), and they would exchange knowing glances and look back at the ones who had no idea. They were lucky, in a way. The Knight nearly envied them.
