Oh, you're too kind :) And please, please do a casting post! I would love to see it. One condition, though: you've got to keep Matthew as Lark, mmkay? That might make me a bit of a tyrant, but I don't care, it is just non-negotiable.

The boots were in shockingly good condition considering that they must have been at least ten years old. They were really nice, but kind of heavy, too. I don't know how people wear them all of the time!

I was hoping some kind soul would .gif that bit! I love them to pieces, especially in the first Big Questions video, when they go on about what one can do in 20 minutes. I was thinking today how lovely it is that they're both signed on for next season as well, considering we haven't had the privilege of having the same Doctor and companion two years in a row since the new series started.

It is! And I was especially excited because I usually never find anything good. It's like all of those empty-handed trips before were necessary to make way for this.

Not going to lie, I've rewatched that bit at least 30 times. And goodness, I spent forever making that animation. I came up with tons of different variations on the quest to make the best-looking, most detailed image I could without having it be a massive file. Same goes for this icon. My perfectionist ways are very time-consuming, haha.

I agree, the first Big Questions video is definitely one of the best. That, or the third one in which Karen talks about how Matt stole her hello greeting, is my favorite.

Yes, isn't it mad to think that there hasn't been the same Doctor and companion duo for any two consecutive seasons? I love Amy and Eleven's relationship, and I'm glad that the opportunity to continue exploring it will be there.

Those Dr Martens are awesome! I still have a pair unused in my closet because they're too small :S

You should check out what the going rate for your boots are since you're not going to be wearing them. You could fetch a pretty penny for them!

I think so too. I never considered that, but since they're almost vintage (LOOOOL) I think I can get some money for it. And I never even wore them!

I can totally understand that. I quite envy you!! I cook and bake all the time and last week I've been asked to cater (is that the right word?) a party but I'm not sure, because I'm a little nervous about that1

ah. the club of amy/11 lovers is very small right now. just check out the posts in doctorwho, people hate them, and especially karen as a companion for some reason.

I think that a lot of that hate probably stems from deep attachment to Ten/David Tennant and not wanting to see anyone else in the role of the Doctor. Change is hard, and all that.

I'm personally loving this season. It's really appointment, "give me the episodes now!" television for me, whereas with prior seasons I would just watch whenever I got around to it.

They're not mine anymore, they are now under the ownership of some dude in San Francisco (bought for his girlfriend, perhaps?)
