Today someone in class called out, "Chef!" to get Chef Tim's attention, to which he replied, "Who dat?"

I love this man so freaking much.

I can't believe this is the last week of Intro to Pâtisserie and Baking and that I won't have him as an instructor again for another six months. I'm going to miss hearing Chef Tim-isms on a daily basis.

Well, I won't be seeing him on a daily basis since I won't have a class with him again until near the end of the program, but he's the adviser for the Iron Whisks club, a pastry club on campus that does volunteer work that I plan on joining. So rest assured, I'll get to hear more of his funny stories and lines at least on a monthly basis.
