Dubai - Truly Global.

I surprised my family by landing in Dubai for the Diwali holidays, it was fun to see their surprised reactions :), god I miss them so much more now spent good 11 days with them and with the cold tissues too (well there was so much temp diff between indoor and outdoor that I caught cold big time...hence could not shop for perfumes

See what a little ...oops let us say.. a lot of oil and less population can do.
Do you think India can ever make it to that level ?

I agree tht they are doing it with all the oil they have...but atleast they not wasting their money..they know how to use it. Regarding India, I dont want to lose hopes, but I dont think it will happen in my lifetime

Yes one can only hope for India. though like you I also am sure it is not going to be visible in my life time,.
