* Zazarac: Fill a martini glass with shaved ice. Stir brown sugar syrup laced with bitters into cognac until the sugar has dissipated. Dump the ice. Rinse the martini glass with Absinthe. Strain cognac into rinsed glass. Serve.

Mmm, cognac Sazeracs. Gotta be Peychaud's Bitters, tho. Angostura just isn't the same.

Hmm, I will have to try the Zazarac, once I figure out where I packed the absinthe.

Synesthesia is more popular than ever. Or at least about as popular.
