I was on the phone with SBC this morning, for almost an hour, on top of almost an hour yesterday. They screwed up my bill, I asked them to change the due date to concide better with my billpay service, and in the process they did just an unbelievably stupid amount of paperwork and confused everyone..

I feel your pain... I do, really :(
