Don't look for a lot of updates for the next few days...Feeling pretty pukey this week. Well, hey, I do pretty good most of the time, so bad days are allowed right? No sleep and other crap can really mess with your immune system. Hook or crook, I am going to get my regulating meds this weekend.

I read that in Mila 18 when I was in high school...and I still use it today. Leon Uris had a way of making things stick in your head. BTW - the Vestula is a river in Poland I believe.
