yeah, and to me, it's not like it's a bad thing among my friends, just because well, they were my friends before I even came out, and they know im a lot more than just "that gay guy". Still, I know there are a lot of people out there who would just like having me around for the novelty of it even if I don't fit the typical gay stereotypes.

Your first paragraph almost perfectly describes me. I love hearing about those little things that have shaped peoples' lives, and finding out my own little, life-shaping events. Those events are what make the world go 'round. :D

Why's Josh a red-flag name?? Have you been burned by a few Josh's? On behalf of the Josh's of the world I apologize. Hopefully after getting to know me better you won't find it to be a red-flag name.
