I asked Carew this morning if he ever found anyone to work with Paige and all he said was, "Yea, Virginia had to come over." He also told me that basically he thinks learning to steam for cappuccinos is crap b/c we don't do enough of them for it to matter...

And there are people picky enough about how much foam there is or isn't on their dry lattes and shit, that YES, you DO need to know how, wtf. Carew is pretty wishy-washy on a lot of this stuff.
Taking the shift is fine and dandy, i need money.
