snow!

so we had a suprise snow storm strike at about 8 pm last night. it snowed for about 2 hours dropping about 2 &3/4 inches (the height of my pointer finger). on our way out to brixx last night (ha! closed! ihop...closed your house (greasy chain diner) was the only one open in this "blizzard) i made a great little snow man named edwardo. hes maybe 2 ( Read more... )

uhm. im not sure who this is but i am still here for school. i had no choice but to go to an in state school and my plan has always been to graduate and move the f out of the south. unfortunately i can not afford out of state tuition since my financial aid payback is already through the roof.

Sucks you're not happy. But remember this. I was like you once, grew up in Indiana and jesus did I hate it. I thought it was the most racist, unhealthy, yokel-dwelling place ever. So I died my hair blue and moved to Philadelphia as soon as I could. Cool place, but just as racist, unhealthy, yokel-dwelling (except up there we call them simply "white trash")... and the cops are going to be dumbasses like that wherever you go. So I moved to NYC, same deal. So I stopped moving around the Northeast looking for some romanticized image I'd held and followed my heart, and actually it took me down to your neck of the woods! That's really why your post interested me, you don't know me, I'm just an insomniac that browses around like a freaky internet stalker. Anyway, I live out in the NC mountains right now and couldn't be happier. Yeah, lots of racists, yokels, etc. But those types are everywhere.
