And there are some actually buildings using PV panels as facade(http://leedcasestudies.usgbc.org/images.cfm?ProjectID=188). But the one in my dream looked a bit more like a Minbari spaceship in the facade's undulating curvature, while still being roughly rectangular in overall form. Maybe the result of a collaboration between Henry Hobson Richardson and a Minbari spaceship architect?
