Oh god, are you planning on living on campus?

D... don't do it! It's SO much moar expensive and to tell the truth, really crowded (you'll never get to focus on ANYTHING), pretty germy/dirty, rrreeeaallly over priced, and the food is SO unhealthy. I swear. No fresh stuff at alll its all junk and greasy ugly cafeteria food. My friend lived in the dorms for half a semester and was miserable @_@ she left soon after to live with her boyfriend and was a LOT happier. Srly~ she paid something like $800 a month. I lived off-campus (and rode the bus/biked to school) and bought my own groceries and saved sooo much. Some months with rent and util. I only paid like $380. That included my own room (quiet and peeaace) and healthy lifestyle. ;3; But I dunno~ that's just my take... sorries for teh rant owo

but... i have no where else to live. i don't even know anyone here that I can room with so how can I rent an apartment XD;;; I'll live in an apartments in my 2nd year. Cus I just want to dorm to meet new people. And if I happen to make a good friend we can room off campus to save money. duuuude I thought if I had a roommate my costs would be split. But each person has to pay the full price. T___T MANNN I started crying after hearing how expensive housing is T_T and there's still tuition and transportation and food and books and shit to be calculated....... orz.
