No common sense
All day the whole house has been sharing 4kb/s of internet bandwidth (my dad couldn't even bring up yahoo maps) because my brother wasn't managing his damn download. A two gig file that would take all day with internet that didn't drop out of existence evey now and then, but when you don't put limits on it and wander off to god knows where
