haha awwww i love that you remember the ribbons and the quote book because i remember your sweet Fed Up shirt and when i found out all the cool places you've lived, been born, and visited. oh yeah and when i found out that you are the perfect combination of brilliant, beautiful, and kickass.
i love vaseline. i mean, i like to vandalize with it, that's what i meant. we should do everything you just said.
I can understand how you are feeling. Today I figured out how much debt I am going to owe once I am done with college. Growing older sucks. Crap it.
But the way I see it is, the only things I did when I was a kid were: play with friends, draw, read, and pick my nose.
I don't pick my nose anymore ("MOM I WASN'T PICKING MY NOSE!"), but I still read a lot, and draw a lot, and play with friends a lot. I guess what I am trying to say is that even though you are going to have more responsibilities and what not, you don't have to give up the things you did as a child that shaped the identity of who you are now and who you will become.
And if that doesn't make you feel any better, we'll just have to have another Mario Kart Party...only this time in pajamas and with better tasting vanilla wafers.
you're definitely right about everything, this summer was a perfect return to the good old days. so i hate that it's coming to a close. i'm all "Come on, August, top it. Seriously, top."
and whooo am i supposed to play mario kart with every night, huh?? i hope marc and nick are fans. 10 bucks says marc is a hardcore luigi fan and nick doesn't know the shortcut in koopa troopa.
once i cleaned my room and did the whole letters/pictures/journals thing and was completely messed up for the rest of the day. it was weird. kind of made me wish i could just forget about the past completely and never remember too much.
but you know, id rather be able to remember it all, even if it sucks.
