So, the play last night--Belleville--was good but uneven. The acting was so good that I forgot that these were actors. The story centered on a young American couple living in Paris. It rapidly becomes apparent that they are both odd and that they talk AT rather than TO one another. She is unhappy in Paris and is constantly talking to her father
